They set about the improvement of an already established and award winning restaurant, which is never easy. But they have achieved a great deal already, so we have the pleasure of confirming their promotion to Restaurant Manager and Head Waitress.

Their experience and enthusiasm will be enjoyed by many who taste the delights on the menu here. Pierre has also undertaken to update and improve the winelist, Ted and Andy have very much enjoyed the tastings!
